In this two day workshop you will learn how to use photographic emulsion to enlarge images on different
surfaces, we will focus on enlargement on fabrics which is one of the most versatile materials.
You will learn how to prepare the surface, handle the photo emulsion and the necessary tools in the darkroom and to work precisely. In addition, special attention will be paid not only to the concepts of how to make a print, but also on the procedure and care you need to take to work efficiently and correctly in the darkroom.
You will need:
- Work clothes
- Folder to take the Prints with you! (DIN A4)
- B&W Negative either 35 mm or medium format, with a good dynamic range of blacks and whites. (Make sure your negative has the right exposure!)
